Welcome to Kumkum Matrimony, Matrimonial Service Provider. So as to use the Kumkum Matrimony Site, you must register as a member of the Site and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

To become a member, and use the services offered by Kumkum Matrimony, you need to abide by these terms of use. Kumkum Matrimony may in its discretion, modify this Agreement from time to time, with a notice to the user.

1. Validity period
   This agreement is valid, as long as you are a member/ use the services offered by Kumkum Matrimony. Kumkum Matrimony may deny/terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason with email notice to you, provided by you. You may also discontinue/terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by intimating Kumkum Matrimony. If your membership is terminated by Kumkum Matrimony for breach of agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund on the subscription/membership charges paid.

2. Eligibility
   To register as a member of Kumkum Matrimony, to avail matchmaking services, the individual seeking a match must be of /above the marriageable age, based on the laws of the country that the individual is residing in.

3. Content Posted on the Site

   • You understand and agree that Kumkum Matrimony may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of Kumkum Matrimony violate the Terms of Use or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of other Kumkum Matrimony and/or its Members.

   • You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display or post on the Kumkum Matrimony service, or transmit to other Kumkum Matrimony Members. Kumkum Matrimony reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the site. In exercising this right, Kumkum Matrimony may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the Content you post on the site. If you fail to produce such evidence, Kumkum Matrimony may in its sole discretion, terminate your Membership without a refund.

   • By posting Content to any public area of Kumkum Matrimony, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Kumkum Matrimony, and other Kumkum Matrimony Members, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

   • The following is a partial list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Site. Kumkum Matrimony will investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Service and terminating the Membership of such violators without a refund. It includes Content that:

     1. is patently offensive to the online community, such as Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;

     2. harasses or advocates harassment of another person;

     3. promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous;

     4. involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";

     5.  promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;

     6. contains restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page) ;

     7. provides instructional information about illegal activities such as violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;

     8. provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;

     9. Obscene/Pornographic/Vulgar pictures or textual material uploaded in the profile and/or transmitted in the E-mails and online chat.

     10. solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users.

   • You must use the Kumkum Matrimony Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

   • You may not include in your Member profile, visible to other members, any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's, and email addresses. 

4. Member Disputes
   You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Kumkum Matrimony Members. You agree and undertake that your interactions with the other Kumkum Matrimony Members is at your sole discretion and responsibility, and that Kumkum Matrimony shall not be responsible/ liable for confirming the veracity of the content of other Kumkum Matrimony Members.

5. Privacy
   Kumkum Matrimony.com will not intentionally monitor or disclose any private data unless required by law, enforcement agencies, regulations or court orders. You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. In addition, Kumkum Matrimony may on its own or as may be directed, provide any information required to the law enforcement authorities for any above wrongful usage. Governed by the Privacy policy of Kumkum Matrimony.

6. Indemnification
   You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Kumkum Matrimony., its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon the use of your account and contravention of any terms and conditions herein for availing of this service, including any claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other members and infringement of intellectual property or other rights.

7. Disclaimer Policy
   Kumkum Matrimony is not responsible for any incorrect/inaccurate Content posted on the Site or in connection with the Kumkum Matrimony Service, whether caused by Users, Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service, nor for the conduct of any User and/or Member of the Kumkum Matrimony Service whether online or offline. Under no circumstances will Kumkum Matrimony be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the site or the service and/or any content posted on the Kumkum Matrimony matrimony site or transmitted to Kumkum Matrimony matrimony members. The exchange of matrimonial profile through or by Kumkum Matrimony the site should not in any way be construed as any matrimonial offer and/or recommendation from/by Kumkum Matrimony.

8. Miscellaneous
   This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

Registered members of this site would receive emails pertaining to the services offered by the site. 

By registering on Kumkum Matrimony, you agree that you have read the above terms, and would abide to these terms of use/agreement.
